Kitchen Experience

Our Culinary Art students prepare Healthy! Beautiful! Delicious! meals through Berry Good Farms On the Go, catering, and at the Berry Good Farms Cafe at Arc Jax Village, a residential community for adults with intellectual and developmental differences.  Berry Good Farms Culinary students

The young adults with intellectual and developmental differences in the program gain hands-on experience by assisting our Culinary Manager, Chef Amy Alexander and Catering Manager, Chef Brett Swearingen in the kitchen, prepareing fresh, healthy dinner options for residents.  Culinary experiences aren’t limited to the kitchen, but students also work offsite on the food truck and catering community and school events.
