Culinary Camp – Located at ARC VILLAGE, 3675 KIRBO WAY in Berry Good Farms Cafe
Campers will enjoy: cooking, baking, menu planning and canning + processing
Campers will learn: following recipes, measuring techniques, packing a healthy lunch and operating basic kitchen equipment
Small teams of campers will take turns working on grocery shopping skills and/or delivering some of their home made treats to other non-profits + friends of NFSSE. After lunch + clean-up campers may have some fun + game time with staff!
Barkin’ Biscuits Camp – Located at NFSSE, 223 Mill Creek Road
Once again, this camp will have the added bonus of campers being able to participate in a fitness regime from 9:00-9:45. Fitness instructors will focus on the benefits of increasing body awareness, decreasing obesity and providing sensory movement. After exercise, campers will move in to the kitchen and participate in the process of making all-natural dog treats, work on packaging + in small groups take turns delivering give-away treats for promotional advertising. After lunch + clean-up campers may have some fun + game time with staff!

Both clubs have limited space + are available on a first come, first serve basis. Fees must be paid in full by May 15th to guarantee enrollment. All students will receive a confirmation of camp enrollment as soon as payment has been made in full. Bring check or cash to school; Attention, Ellen Hiser.
